Time for a nice post 
Bought an Ebook from Amazon for my Kindle, it was absolute rubbish, full of spelling mistakes, bad info etc.
Complained to Amazon customer services, and as teh book had been with me for less than 7 days, deleted from my kindle book list and refunded within 20 minutes of my Email.
Well done Amazon proper customer service!
