do you get benefits for vol. redundancy

my partner moved down to 3 days a week to care for me following car accident feb 2010. i now have fibro/cfs so was unable to return to work. i was also carer so had 2 paid jobs as such.

we were fairly comfortable but had past debt we were paying managebly.

now after accident i have no income )am applying for dla) and husband on 3 days pay. we are also exploring car claim but can take a while years.

also prior to accident i took son out of school as he is beging asssessed for ld/autism. awaiting dla for him.

any way with all stress hubby is considering taking vol redunadancy only been there about 3 years so if he does wuld he get jsa benefits etc.
we just have so much going on and he has ussed up all his sick allowance with stress caring for me after accident.
thanks
