reliable good builder caerphilly area recommendations

im looking for (as stated in title) a reliable good builder in caerphilly area need various jobs done but would like one person to deal with them if possible
bay window damp - needs sorting / new damp course
front wall / hedge remove hedge and replace wall add railings?
remove / cap chimney
replace broken down pipe?
plastering
electrical work
some in built cuboards made
fireplace - gas fire remove - fireplace blocked up - plastering
maybe a bathroom refitted / remodelled (if budget stretches that far)
