Basic (I think) excel question

Options
I have an excel spreadsheet with a sheet for each month. Dates are down the left hand side then there are a number of headings along the top. The final column is the total of everything for that date and at the bottom of that total is a box where the total for the month lands (it's a running total)

Every flipping month I start a new worksheet and end up copying and pasting the cell formulas in individually (they're only sum so nothing complicated but with my typing...!) which takes a while and leaves lots of margin for error. Is there a way to easily copy the headings with their associated formulae so I can set up say a year's worth of sheets so only the individual data needs to be entered each day?

Thanks

on a version with on the formula and format you want
right click on the tab at the bottom left,
should bring up a little box which will have the option 'move or copy' click on that
that will bring another box up which has a list of the tabs already created in that sheet - probably sheet 1, sheet 2 and sheet 3,
now if you are working on sheet 1, highlight sheet 2 (this is because it will insert a copy to the left of the sheet you highlight in this box)
and then tick 'create a copy' at the bootom of the box and
    then click ok

this will copy your working sheet over with all forumla and formats into another sheets (in this case sheet1(1) ) do this 12 times and then rename the tabs to the correct months and bobs your uncle 1 years worth of information

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
