Afternooooooooooooooon everyone!!
OMG i am stiff this morning! An hour and 20 mins of badminton followed but a half hour swim straight after!!! I am not used to exerciing at the mo and i am in pain!!!! So much so i took ibruprofen this morning
QUESTION - would you feel guilty? You go through our leisure centre doors to go to the badminton courts - they let you in and you go upstairs! Now there is no procedure for checking if people have paid to swim. You have a reciept on arrival but once you are in the pool they won't ask you to get out to check and the people wouldnt really be bothered to. So on persuation from my bestfriend i went for a swim without paying. Finished badminton and jumped in the pool for half an hour. now i feel ridiculously guilty! I kind of raced out incase the receptionist wondered why we had been in so long!
Is it being MSE to save the £3 or should i feel like i have committed a crime?

Dont feel guilty LittleKel, if you do put some money into a charity box somewhere.
Today I will be having a NSD as I forgot my lunch money. Good thing I packed some cake as a snack and can get free tea and hot chocolate. That'll tide me over til I get home! Not wasting away any time soon!
I'll also be cooking from the freezer tonight. Morrisons had their WW ready meals reduced to 71p....
Good luck and hope everyone has a happy day![STRIKE]£2200[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£1950[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1850[/STRIKE] £1600 on my credit card

Hello :j. I read the thread this morning but didn't have time to post. There are some very motivational lists on here so I hope I can keep up with you all!
Moneypenny- I am in awe of your 3 stone weightloss.
Littlekel- I wouldn't feel guilty but I wouldn't do it every time (not saying that you would)!
I have-
-Checked Onepoll (I only need £1.10 now to get my redeem)
-Done Swagbucks daily clicks plus some searches
-Checked eBay items- 2 with bids plus quite a few watchers on others
-Return jumper to shop and exchange for a baby present I needed to buy (didn't manage to do that yesterday)
-Enter Costa website comp on mine and DH's Costa cards- got 35p each added to card for entering
I will-
-Sort through Luncheon vouchers and remember to take some tomorrow to buy treats for the baby shower I am going to
-Sort more items for eBay and list at least 5 more
-Meals mostly from store cupboard although I did buy a few bits of veggies to go with it
-Continue with the diet
I can't think of anything else but I will come back and update if I do!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

I'm shattered today as I went salsa last night, plus my grandson called me and said Nanny I miss you, can you come and see me. So off I went, meant I was out for 14 hours yesterday, night in for me tonight.
Today I will
Charge phone at work done
Free tea at work done
Take lunch and breaktime snack all home made done
have a nsd done
check bank done but they've not answered my email about the late transaction. They're normally much quicker than that.
check surveys done another quid
cook Spanish chicken with chorizo for dinner all from store cupboard done
not spend the £180 my daughter repaid me yesterday that needs to go in the bank done
Not going to set myself any major tasks today. I'm tired and need to give myself some down time otherwise I'll get snappy and start eating too much. As I want to lose the next 2 stone (almost 3 gone already) I don't want to do that. So night in front of the telly knitting for me like a proper granny :rotfl::rotfl:Morning All
Hi to all new posters. Hugs to those that need them. Hope everyone feels better soon ((((hugs))))
Congrats on those who are losing weight, getting fit and not smoking
Moneypnny, thanks for starting the thread – well done on the weight loss…..as you can see from my sig I have a ton to lose, but taking baby steps.
Every journey starts with a single step Candy. You've taken the first one, all you've got to keep doing is taking small steps forward. Just like becoming debt free.
For those of you scared of giving up caffeine, it's all about cutting down as well. We all deserve some vices lol0 -
