NatWest Credit Card address to write to?

Hi! I am trying to help someone sort out a NatWest credit card problem: I only have a bog standard address to write to (an unexpected payment was taken off the card and it is over the limit - nothing was done about it for some time however and I can't for the life of me find the original letter she was sent). I have spent a lot of the night on the NatWest website but I can't find an actual address to write to: any thoughts?
