Dynamix Treadmill

Not sure where to post this so sorry if it is the wrong place.
We have borrowed my brother's treadmill which is a dynamix (Model KP-281). It has stopped working and is coming up with an error code. The manual that my brother gave us does not have any mention of error codes etc and does not provide contact details for the manufacturer. Cannot find anything online. My brother says that there is not another book. It was purchased from Great Universal catalogue so OH has contacted them to try to get contact details for manufacturer but they cclaim not to have them!!
Anyway, my question is does anyone have this machine and possibly have contact details for the manufacturer on their manual?
