most likely yes ..... there are two options to pay, one on account, and one by debit/credit card. I still had to put my details in, but the amount to be charged was £0.00 ... just got email to confirm that now ... was bricking it a bit 'cos I forgot to keep a copy of the confirmation screen

There are lots of things from £1.49 - £4.99, hats, school shirts, t-shirts, skirts, scarfs etc.
One tip is type for example "knitted" (or anything you are looking for) in the search, then click on "go" for the viewing option "lowest first";)I can say whatever I like here ... Hope mine will arrive on Thursday, I didn't bothered to enter my email address as it was not compulsory. In order not to get charge for it, found a pair of star slippers for £4.99 (on the sale item if u go to their normal products it shows £9.99) all I did was click on new customer, enter name,etc NOT FORGETTING THE PROMOTIONAL CODE, and they do the rest. They even bypass the payment section.0
