Home farm vouchers has anyone had theirs yet ?

Mine still haven't arrived and when i phoned up and asked for the tracking number i was told they dont have tracking numbers for any vouchers that should have been delivered today and they are waiting to hear from royal mail about this.
I'm getting very worried now.

Still haven't got my vouchers.
Every time i phone them they tell me something different. Now they are saying i will have them by friday 17th, even though they told me earlier in the week that they sent them out on monday gone.
Anyone else having problems with homefarm?

Phoned them again today ... three days i've phoned now and three different stories!!!

Firstly told they would be sent out for receipt on 10th at latest
Secondly told that they did not know when they would be sent and when i advised had spoken to someone the day before they confirmed the date of the 10th was correct....

low and behold no vouchers this morning!!! :mad:

Phoned again today and was advised that the vouchers had not been sent yet :mad: demanded to speak to a supervisor who apologised for the incorrect information that i had been given stated that there had been technical difficulties ... but would not elaborate on what they were ??? Advised me that they would be here by 20th November at the latest!

Told them that wasnt good enough and i wanted a refund. I was told this would take 2 weeks and that i would need to write to them so my vouchers would be out before this would be refunded.

A collegue at works husband phoned and was told that they only received the vouchers today and that they would take up to 3 weeks to be sent out...

I phoned them again and was told some customers have already received their vouchers and that mine would definately be with me by the 20th.

I don't know what to believe

If anyone has actually received their vouchers please let me know.. i've just got a really bad feeling that they are not going to arrive

I would like to know as well. My agent phoned them up yesterday and they said that they are having a problem with the dispatch from the suppliers and that we should have them by the 20th. It doesnt sound good, does it?

Hi my agent received them on wed 8th and most are now spent incase they go bust I am not taking any chances.

Thanks for letting us know. It means that they have actually sent some out which means that they should be on the way soon.

The vouchers im waiting on are for shops that have not had any problems like marks and spencers so am not overly concerned about spending them as soon as they arrive.

Just relieved that someone has actually received them

Hi,

Still haven't got my vouchers but now when you phone up there is an automated message telling you that there is a delay with the sending out of vouchers and they will be sent approx one month after your account has been paid in full.
Mine was paid in full on 2nd Oct, and they've said i should have them friday 17th Nov at the latest.

My friend just sent me a message saying she received hers this morning so she's off on a shopping spree today!

She did ask whether she could take the vouchers out of the book instead of causing queues at checkouts whilst ripping the vouchers out there, I'm not sure about it though, anyone know if they become invalid if taken out of the book before getting to the checkout?
