Home farm vouchers has anyone had theirs yet ?

Has anyone had their home farm vouchers yet our last payment was to be in for 3rd October when agent phoned on 30th October she was advised in post but has still not received them ??

I'm an agent for homefarm and i've never waited this long for them to be delivered, i've always had them in october.
I was told they were ready to be despatched on 23rd october so it could be any day now.

Sorry to hear your waiting for them still, don't forget however they was run by Farepak and Findell might have a lot of double checking to do before they send them out, hope you don't have to wait too long.

Not had my vouchers, but did get my final statement yesterday, and it says last payments by 10th November, so I assume that's when they'll start to despatch.


Also got a box of chocolates with a 'thank you for your order' note on Thursday. I've only ordered £50 of vouchers - so they must be trying to ingratiate themselves ready for next year - keep your eye on the letter box people

I know it was farepak in trouble, but until I have my homefarm vouchers in my hand I will still be wondering if we are going to get them!

Not received my vouchers despite paying early and always getting them quite soon after full amount paid.

Phoned them on Friday and was told they would be sent out this week. Until I have them in my hand im not sure they are going to arrive!

My customers will just need to be patient as there's nothing i can do until i receive the vouchers

I've just been on the phone to homefarm again and they said my vouchers are being sent today.:j
They should arrive first thing in the morning as they send them special delivery by 9am.

I phoned today and was told they were being passed to Royal mail on the 8th and would be with me by the 10th

Hi i phoned homefarm today and told them I wanted a refund they told me my agent had to request it. About ten mins after coming off phone to homefarm got text from my agent to say the vouchers had arrived so will get mine tomorrow when I see her.
Wont be happy till they are spent incase anything happens with this company,

Hi,

I didn't receive them yesterday so phoned again and was told i would have them by friday but really should be by wed (today).
I just want them in my hands so i know i've got them.
Will let you know if they arrive.
