Does anyone have an e mail address for complaints re the above?
I am really fed up with their inability to manage my account & can't get resolution on the phone.
I have been told to write to an address in Leeds but would prefer to e mail.
(My account was in credit so I didn't make a payment. They charged me a late payment fee for not making a payment! I called to complain, they refunded & the same thing happened the following month. I called to complain & despite being told I would be called back, I haven't been).

Why would you prefer to email ?
I agree that communication in writing is preferable to phone
If the cost of a stamp is a concern (as it is to me) then write to :
Santander Cards UK Limited
FREEPOST LS700
PO Box 700
Leeds
LS9 7YY
google search "PO Box 700 leeds"
Or phone the Financial Ombubsman on 0800 0 234 567 and dictate your complaint over the phone - they will pass it on (you are restricted to 3 lines of text)
Print off a FOS complaint form and send to
Financial Ombudsman Service
FREEPOST LON18465
South Quay Plaza
183 Marsh Wall
London
E14 9BR
email the FOS and let them pass the complaint on
Phone FOS is the quickest method
Just report it to the FOS in the first instance - they are a bunch of bank loving wastes of space - but why should you pay for a stamp or care that using the above method costs them money
I do it all the time - make sure you reach the "adjudication" stage so they have to pay £500 to the FOSHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Thanks
Just thought e mail may be quicker - although yes having been frustrated by the amount of time I have spent on the phone to (not) get the problem resolved I don't want to pay for stamp/ paper/ printing.0 -
I'll be very interested to hear how you get on as I wrote to them last Monday with a complaint because they closed a 2 year old card that still had £60 credit on it, and are now denying there was any credit there at all. Lesson of this story; don't leave your money on store cards!0

Oddly, Mrs o4u has just shown me her statement.
She pays the balance in full by direct debit every month. They've managed to charge her interest - cheeky sods! For those afflicted with this card I'd suggest you do check your statement.
As it's on my screen I thought I'd share the SayNoTo0870 number for them: 0113 2807080

I have now received a written reply to my complaint.
I suggested to them I was due a gesture of goodwill ....
The charges have been refunded & I have been given £20 (credited to the account).
So now the account is in credit - must remember to use the card quickly as I shudder to think what will happen if I am in credit when the next statement is produced!0 -
Just looked a my Equifax report which shows I am late on 2 payments on the card - I feel another call coming on.0

Report them to the ICO, too.
That's breach of data protection (false, inaccurate, and misrepresentative information) causing defamation of character (vastly reduced credit worthiness).Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
