Does anyone have an email address for sony that I can send a complaint email to? I have the usual customer services one but would like to take this higher. It's regarding a Vaio laptop.

Thanks. I fear writing to the customer information centre may not get me very far wwith this complaint. That number is the one I've been calling but you can't get through to the Vaio support people on anything but an 0870 line. I emailed and asked them to call me back but then I was left talking to a call centre person that really couldn't deal with my issue.

I'll try that address though - worth a go! thanks
