hiya all, ive been waiting for my sick note from the employer.. still not got them today. So when i was back at the docs i asked if he could write them again as work have lost them. He agreed and wrote them all out again.
I have filled in my form that they sent me and have sent it will all my sick notes 3 all together.
My quesion is how long does it take for them to sort out and if i am entailed to it will it be back dated to the start of sickness (9th of dec)

Do you mean sick pay from your employer? Or have you applied for ESA and it's the DWP who lost your notes?
Have you spoken to them?

its my work who has lost my sick notes, i cant get ssp because i work 16 hours and earn £94. My doctor has giving me duplicates of my first sick notes. as the person i spoke to on the phone at the ESA said they need the sick note from the doctor and they ar enot allowed to be copys..
