Excellent Customer service from Meccano

Just a note to praise Meccano...bought my one a build yourself remote control robot in October...worked fine until week before Xmas, when it stopped working...and my son decided to try to change the batteries in the remote himself 
...remote now had "spare parts".
Emailed them through their website, asking where I could buy a new remote control on its own..
yesterday a lovely note and a new remote control appeared in the post from the French headoffice...
