I've just had an email to let me know I've won my first prize of 2011 
It's a 2 day weight loss workshop from this Imperfectly Natural comp
I lost about 3 stone when I was approaching 40 but have gradually put it back on in the last 9 years. Having just hit 49 :eek: I need all the help I can get to lose some weight so this has come at a good time!
