Barclay Card new one with 0% interest for a period of time

I have got a barclay card with a plan to transfer a balance to it as it was 0% interest for a period of time, I have not registered the card yet but have gone online and looked at website under offers and this offer is not available to me. I only got this one because of the offer, any ideas what I can do and if anyone else has experienced this?
