Had it once at EMA ,i always print 2 off and the 2nd one worked fine !!
It does pay to use decent paper though and not the crap photo copy paper

Beats me how some go through ok though ,you see them looking like they have been in someones back pocket for 2 weeks ,all screwed up etc but still work fine

Ryanair will always reissue a boarding pass on card stock if your A4 boarding pass doesn't scan.

I sometimes do it on purpose to get a cardboard one.. however I'm a sad aviation geek and that is that.
