Sending Item to Japan

Hello,
I need some advice on sending an item with a value over £32 to Japan. It's a t-shirt so will weigh approx. 250g when packaged up. The problem is is that I would like to use tracking (for Paypal reasons) and of course Airsure is not available to Japan. Any suggestions on who/what to use as I don't want to risk the item getting 'lost' in the post.
With thanks,
Fiona

Thanks for your response; that service is only trackable within the UK and not outside so the person could claim that they have not received their goods.
Does anybody know of alternative trackable services?
Thanks,

This is what paypal have to say about tracking;

As you quite rightly say you can't use Airsure as RM don't use it for japan, so your only hope is a courier which is likely to be very expensive.
