Europe proposes ban on execution only investment

Take a look at the EU's latest idea, can't see it happening (in my humble opinion), but is interesting nonetheless to see where their thoughts are leaning:

    I think the consensus here was that it's unlikely to happen.

    It's quite woeful the way bureaucrats and politicians are up for being manipulated by vested interests. But I don't think London's any better. The hand of the City can be seen in too much that comes out of the Treasury.
