Does anyone know when Sygma will introduce positive hierarchy of payments. Is there a certain date by which they must introduce it?

Do Sygma run their own cards?
The MSE news article shows a few providers Lloyds & RBS/Natwest still to complete.

Personally I think that they should have all been forced to bring it in on the 1st January or at least the next banking day.
Natwest/RBS/Lloyds clearly are out to eek every last penny they can get out their customers, I don't think there is any excuse why they couldn't have bought it at the very beginning of January at the latest.0 -
As far as I know Sygma do operate their cards although i could very well be wrong. I'll give them a ring but I figured they would have gotten in touch about the changes but i've heard nothing yet.0
