Had one of their usual sale leaflets come through on 28th dec advertising their Boxing Day only sale. Have to say, because of the weather, thousands of people recieved the leaflet too late to take advantage of the offers available on the day, I have no problem with recieving the leaflet late as such, apart from the company must have known because of the snow, sleet etc that post would have been delayed, so WHY send it out so close to the day of sale?

I have asked their customer service department about it, but no response after 5 days. You would have thought you'd atleast get a standard reply, but nothing so far

Was you complaining to customer service or telling them how to do their job?

Many shops have sales but i havent received leaflets telling me about them, infact, i definately didnt recieve one from Go Camping so i am hugely upset - more upset than you I bet!

Is the issue the leaflet was sent a bit late ? if so why you bothered about it,

I think the store is probably more gutted that they designed and printed up rakes of leaflets and paid for distribution, yet people only had a couple of days to take up the offers!

the shop may have been expecting a mad rush of people buying equipment for snow conditions eg boots
