Ordered a family hamper before xmas, which took 10 days to turn up, phoned after about a week, delightful salesperson arranged for a replacement order to arrive within 48hrs, which did, plus he said if the first order arrived, please keep with compliments, it arrived later the same day as the 2nd order. Although I waited ages on the customer hotline, it wasx dealt with with no problems, questions, or delays, so well done thorntons for sorting out a delayed delivery quickly.

Spent a lot of Money on Thorntons website. Emailed several times regarding missing items. No reply until I mentioned 'trading standards' then had response within minutes.
Won't be purchasing again. Avoid :mad:0
