When I lived in the SouthEast we used to have great days out with these - maybe lunch in Le Touquet, shopping at the hypermarket and finishing off with dinner at Le Coq d'Or in the square in Calais. I wonder if they've discovered fresh veg there yet? They always served tinned!.

Is it possible to do a cheap day trip rate but not use the return part?

I have got a week in Disney booked so could use cheap rate to get there and then book a single on euro tunnel to get back,or would p&o hit my card for extra if I do not return the same day?

Agree with you there. Been driving me crazy thinking people were posting offers - to find out they were in France speaking Swahili. ;)

From P&Os T&Cs :- All bookings of Restricted Duration are only valid where the outward and return journeys are completed within the specified period of time, with the same vehicle and passengers and using the same operator. If you fail to travel on one part of your booking then we may charge you a supplement. That supplement will be the difference between the amount you have paid and the price for the standard single fare appropriate to the sailing used. This payment will be collected using the credit card details provided when paying for the original booking.
