on the 4th Feb 3 of Us need to travel from walsall after 4pm to the Isle of wight, southampton or portsmouth route,
on the 6th need to get to Gatwick by 9.40,
then 2 of us need to get back to walsall,
Cheapest someone can find this route
Car,Coach,Train can be used but taking car across to the island costs a lot that if coach or train is cheap enough it can be cheaper to go on passenger ferry,
and I am looking this up as well but with there being so many routes and options, and split tickets its taking while, under £70 for the 3 of us would be ideal,

Doubt you'll get it that cheap.
Consider...
London Midland Trains Advance Singles from Walsall to Euston.
Megatrain from Waterloo to Portsmouth.
Greyhound Coaches and National Express coaches are very competitive on that route.
Southern Trains Advance Singles from Portsmouth to Gatwick or Victoria as appropriate. Southern have a sale this week, 50% off Advance Singles purchased this week. So could be £2.50 each.
London Midland Trains Advance Singles from Euston to Walsall.
I have no recommendations for the Solent crossing... maybe Hovercraft from Southsea Clarence Pier (free bus from Portsmouth and Southsea station), or fastcat ferry from Portsmouth Harbour station.0 -
