WTC and CTC help after maternity leave

I wasnt really sure what to call this thread!
Basically I am on maternity leave at the moment with the 9 months being up in May, I've asked to go back part time but my boss will only let me go back full time which I can not do.
If I don't go back we will only have my husbands wage of £800ish per month. I've put in a claim for housing benefit/council tax benefit as we may be entitled to some while I am receiveing SMP, plus according to the council web site most of our rent and council tax if I am not working.
If we do go down to just my husbands wage, will we then get working tax credit along with child tax credits? Is there calculator accurate if I try and work it out?
I will be looking for another job, maybe evenings or something, but just want to double check we'll be able to manage before I say I'm not going back!
Has anyone else been in this position? I feel really scared to give up my job as its well paid but I would have no work - life balance if I do as its more than full time iykwim, plus I have a beautiful baby daughter that I want to see grow up xx
