my oh wants to have the bernard matthews turkey breast rolly roasty jobby 4 xmas dinner...... at least it means i dont have to carve up a carcass....

Why not have a look at farmshopping.net to see if there are any local farms in your area that will supply your meat? Or the Guild of Q Butcher's website (guildofqbutchers.com) may come up trumps in your wider local area too?

this year we are ordering a turkey from a local farm...yum I like to make sure it is dry-plucked and hung well to get best flavour!

we use the local butcher too and as it's my mum's in Norfolk we get a black turkey - it's the most amazing turkey I've ever eaten...

for home delivery there are various organic/farmers who sell direct or through co-ops
