Homebase kitchen - are you sitting comfortably?

Kitchen delivered early Sept. No time to unpack each item and check it immediatly, but when we started fitting it 10 days later, the first three items we unpacked appeared to have been run over by a fork lift truck!! Fortunatly we can use them and can arrange them so the damage isn't too visible. We contact CS and after continuing to fit kitchen and finding several more 'issues' with damage and missing articles, we arrange to wait until we've fitted as much as we can, and then contact CS with a list of problems....... In the mean time, a replacement for one of the first three damaged units arrives - but we have no need for it......
We then contact CS with our 'list' and arrange for a replacement 600mm door to be sent (to replace the draw units we can't use due to a mistake with their kitchen planner not taking into account the stop !!!! under the sink) We also need some small screws which appear to be missing from a corner unit which has sliding metal work - would be nice if they can just pop these in the post, but they can't
Delivery is arranged for early November - 4 weeks later.
I took delivery yesterday of a 1000cm base unit, plus metal work and accompanying woodwork - £300 worth which I don't need!! All this for a couple of screws! AND STILL NO DAMN CUPBOARD DOOR!! OK, they did also arrange to send us £250 worth of vouchers to make up for the fact that so much of the kitchen was damamged, but I would rather be sitting here looking at a finished kitchen after 8 weeks.......

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Just a quick note on this. With homebase kitchens you get 28 days to make sure everthing that was delivered is OK. I think this is more than enough time to look at what you have bought.0
