Refund on to pre paid card ?

I bought a train ticket with my Kalixa pre payment card.
The train company double booked the ticket and charged me twice.
They have accepted the mistake and said they would refund the
overpayment back on to my card.
Should this be a problem with it being a Kalixa mastercard pre paymentcard or would it work just the same as a debit/credit card ?

It should work same way as a normal debit/credit card.0
