Benefit Advice

My daughter has just had a very nasty accident about five weeks ago company sick pay about to run out with mortgage utilities to pay she is likely to be in hospital for some time already had 10 ops more to go what benefits other than SSP will she be entitled to and what support physically once home as she willl have daily care from the district nurse can she get?
There will also be a graduated return to finance too.

    Well as injuries extensive and liable to be off work sometime she will need to return to work in a phased manner and theefore will receive only payment for what she works say two to three mornings first week etc

  • after SSP she can claim contribution based ESA.

    if she is going to require care on a daily basis and home bound then go on to have long and lenghy process of rehabilitation physically then she should claim DLA.

    what kind of mortgage protection does she have.
