Yep it certainly is a rollercoaster - i normallu enjoy them, but this one not too keen!! Im gonna have a fab weekend. Off to Lowestoft for a cpl of days, back tomorrow night. Im taking my woolies as yes its gonna be freezing!!!

Pawpurs, thats great news that you exchanged, as you now know that your definately moving!! I still look forward to that "definate" feeling!!

Our vendors said theyd hold off for a week or 2 before putting it back on the market, and looks like we made it in time!!

We are really fortunate to have sold STC again. We have only had one viewing since the first wallys pulled out, so never expected this. The EA came back in after they had left to offer, we nearly lost our footings as we never had an offer that quick before!

Its a BTL investor that wants it, and already has equity released from his own house. However they are gettin a very small extra, and i think 10-15k mortgage.

And they are going to get the old searches too.

I should think you buyer would need to take out a bigger mortgage as I don't think they even offer them for that amount anymore! It would be a silly sum to borrow over 25 years when you could pay that amount back a lot quicker on a personal loan.

Nice 1. I hope you move into your new house and have a wonderful life in there. :)

My house has ben on the market 3 days and today I have two people who will pay asking price, EA said it may go to a sealed bid now. I am hoping our house we are after will go to use, we have priced under asking price but they wont to sell and go to Aus. I may increase offer a bit more more but playing the waiting game.
