Santander £100 switch - Null & Void !

I just received the same letter as the original poster...I am a customer of the aforementioned bank.
I deposited the required amount each month
I set up new direct debits
I applied for the account during the switcher offer period
I have kept my new account open
I used the Account Transfer Service.
Now I am writing to the aforementioned bank to kindly request my £100. If I do not receive the money then legal action will be taken. I will update this thread to let others know how I got on.
To the smug posters who have a 'nothing in this life is free' attitude I say that you need to get wise to contract law. It is not good enough.

But you didn't transfer all your DDs from your original account using the switching service as required. So you didn't fulfill all the requirements of the offer0 -
but did you use the dedicated switching service to switch your direct debits, if you switched them yourself the £100 is lost as per the above post0
