MSE Loan Calculator error

The MSE Loan Calculator does not give the same results for "How much will it cost?" as other loan calculators.
The advisory under the calculator recommennds using the APR as the interest rate in the calculator. This advisory should be changed to recommend using GROSS interest rates to provide more accurate results.
