Not Happy with Next

Hi
Please feel free to move if this has been posted in wrong forum
I'm not happy with Next at the moment http://img.moneysavingexpert.com/smilies/angry-smiley-030.gif
 The last two orders that I have placed have not been delivered next day but couple of days later. I know that they state on website that they can't guarantee next day delivery but I feel that they should at least send an email informing that your order will not be delivered next day.
Is their an address for customer complaints?

Had you paid for next day delivery then? I know in our area the courier only delivers on 2 days so if we want it urgently we have to say!
They have email form on their website - but they say please allow 12 working days for a reply - thats 2 and half weeks!
Their Head Office address is:
Next Retail Ltd.
Desford Road,
Enderby,
Leicester.

So does it say they will try to get it there next day on their website?0

Phone them up and complain, I have had about £75 in credit due to failed next deliveries - they seem to love giving away £25 at a time as a good will gesture - and who am I to refuse ;O)0

I am also very unimpressed with Next online.
I placed my first order with them and it hadn't arrived after a week! I phoned and was told that it had been delivered and that the courier had confirmed this. Nonsense! They asked if I wanted another sent and I said yes. I then got a letter a few days later to say that they had made a mistake and found my original order in the warehouse and it had never been sent for delivery (hmmn, so why was the courier blatantly lying about having delivered it then?!).
When my order finally arrived after 2 weeks  I had to return it as the item was damaged. Phoned again and ranted down the phone about how disappointed I was in their service. They apologised and sent me another one and said they would refund my postage cost (wow, how generous!).
However, I have just had my statement in the post and it says I only owe 3.75 for the directory. Just as bleedin' well - I'm never ordering from them again.
Result - one order (worth over fifty quid) for free but it took 3 weeks to arrive and countless stress and phonecalls.
And why on earth do they think it's justified to charge nearly 4 quid for a directory? I didn't even want the stupid thing but was told I had to have it if I was placing an order. :mad:0 -
Yeah I had to pay for the directory even though I had not used it - I had ordered online!Weight Loss - 102lb0

Similar story here. I ordered some clothes from Next, had them delivered to my nearest store as I work full time and won't be at home to take in a delivery (and it's free to have them delivered to a store for collection). They promised the clothes would be in the store by Wednesday 1/11. Went in yesterday 05/11 and they are not there. I spoke to someone from the delivery department on the phone (in store) and they offered free delivery to my home on Monday. Not impressed as I am at work. Finally agree to have it delivered to the store where I can collect it from.
I will be complaining. Shame, because Next used to be excellent with their deliveries.0
