I just tried to dial the 0144 number, but only heard the tone waiting for answering. Sounds like just a normal landline.0

Hi Everyone,
Just checked my phone bill for nov. The international calls I made via this number "Free". Thats over 3 hours calls to Usa x2 and NZ x2.
Does anyone know if this is still operational.
