deducted benefit ive never claimed....

just had my letter stating that i will be payed industrial injuries benefit and the money will be in my bank tomorrow, it also states that the amount is going to be -£144 for income support received from 16/6/10 to 11/1/11.

i have NEVER in my life claimed income support.

how can they do this?

    no, because i was earning too much in my job.
    moved in with my fiance in february last year, declared it and they stopped the claim citing (as we knew would happen) i was earning too much. if they stopped the claim in february, how can they say we claimed it again from august 16th, we havent received a penny from IS since we moved in together ( it was my fiances single person claim) sincw february 2010

    ive tried calling but cannot get through...
