I have been waiting since 25th November for a delivery. Something tells me it won't be arriving. This is a link I got from Amazon, so be careful. Only after the payment stage it becomes clear that you are dealng with China.

Does anyone know of anyone who has sucessfully reclaimed money paid or where I can report this #&%£ (insert appropriate word)

Or anyone who has actually received their order......

The whole website looks dodgy, from the URL itself to the 'about us' eg "The https://www.skijacketnorthface.com is committed to a particular lifestyle, one that includes traveling and snow sports as the core of the whole dream. " - clearly not written by a native English speaker.
FAQ - "2. What happens after I place my order? a. We recieve your order in our office immediateley thanks to the speedy internet. "
