Competition Rules
The promoter of the free prize draw (“the Draw”) is Helifly (UK) Ltd, Hanger 4, 3 Cecil Pashley Way, Shoreham Airport, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5FF ("the Promoter").

1. The prize each month is a free 5 minute helicopter experience flight. The flights are operated on fixed dates from April to November at Shoreham Airport. Details of this year's dates can be found on our website.
2. Promotion open to UK residents aged 12 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants aged 12-16 must have the permission of their parents.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The draw will take place on or around the 1st of each calendar month. The winner will be notified by e-mail. If they fail to claim their prize within 7 days then the prize will be void and another draw will be held.
6. By entering the competition you are also joining the Helifly mailing list. Unsubscribing from this list also removes your opportunity to take place in each monthly draw.
7. The flight voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Other terms and conditions apply to our vouchers which can be found here.
8. For a chance to enter the Monthly Draw for the Prize you must submit your name and a valid e-mail address.
9. All answers must be submitted via the HeliFly website.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
12. Entry to the Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend all or any of its draws at any time without notice.
15. Entrants' personal data will be used in the administration of this competition.
16. Privacy: Helifly will not release your contact details to any third parties.
