They can't deal with a matured account Market - don't be so rude

you don't need R85's - its all verbal and you get a certificate

they may well just vie you the £3 though - as they certificates should have been produced when the account was open

The ones I dealt with were,

They did not even understand how the account works !

There is something wrong if the customer knows more about the products they are selling then they do !

For instance they insisted that only one account can be opened by each parent, wheras it is one account PER child PER parent so 2 children means 4 accounts.

They did not know this, and insisted it was not so, hence 2 accounts had to be opened online, requiring another visit to the branch with ID's.

ah well in my area they do. I don't personally deal with these as deal with mortgages but know about it

got to say this - every branch does things different to another. I have just made this comment in the colleague opinion survey

I still can't believe people are thinking they'd get the full interest on the whole amount though

The logical exension of this approach would that you get the full annual interest if you invest for one day on day 364 :rolleyes:
