Working families tax credits

Hi, Does anyone have any info about the decision from the Courts that it is unlawful to reclaim overpayments from the Tax Credits? Does this mean we can get back the money we have had to pay back? I have not had any payments for at least 5 years even though it was there fault!!!

Even if the ruling did apply to you, precedent does not apply retrospectively so you cannot claim back anything already paid.Gone ... or have I?0
