drag & drop from memory stick to desktop problem ??.

Hopefully i can explain this properly ! .

Most times when i put usb stick in pc , and open it ... the box "kingston "e drive" opens .. covering the full pc screen .. and all the icons of folders i have on the stick . ....are there to see

Top right hand corner there is the normal 3 boxes .. the red one to close the page .. the left one to minimise it down just to the toolbar ... and the middle one that most times will reduce the page to half screen ... which is what i want as i then drag icons onto the desktop . Job done .

HOWEVER ... what's happening too often .. is the middle box clicked reduces the page down to a little box about 2 inches long & half inch wide .. ..with the 3 boxes showing .. which either closes it ... minimise to toolbar .. or expand it back to full screen . .. all of this meaning i can't get to the icons to drag them onto desktop .

Help ?? !

you should be able to drag out the box to whatever size you want. I usually use the bottom right corner.

Try placing the mouse pointer at the corner of the window, so top right, above the red X, and it'll turn into a diagonal line with arrows at each end. When it's turned into this drag up and right.
