I remember last year they had these boxes/pouches of sweets and even at 90% off didn't seem a good deal. At one time I remember boots was the best place for gifts and we used to get excited when the catalogue came out but now I don't bother until it goes to 75% off. Think they need to come up with some new ideas for this year

dwfo, I was the same, my oh used to go mental a I would stalk the boots isle every day for about a week in hope it was going to start, I ussed to be so proud of my bargins lol.. I am going down this year but I refuse to get carried away...I may make a list and set myself a strict budget, take cash no card and be done with it... it has become a right of passage for every new year lol xx

Just phoned up my local boots. No further reductions and said they have no idea when they will be reduced further. Will check again tommorrow.

i think it is tomorrow, went to my local Boots to see if there were any of the FCUK bags. Two of the sales assistants were wandering around working out the prices of what they wanted to buy!!

Boots staff aren't as dumb about it as they make out to be. We always got told about a week before. I remember when I worked there my manager told everyone to keep quiet because she wanted to buy all the stuff before the doors opened to the queue of people outside!
