I still cant log in to my account and get a generic error if I add anything to my basket, is it just me or are others having the same prob, been trying since 6am

Don't know if it will help, but - having been on here for 12 hours (just breaking off for the essentials!) - I eventually discovered that the most likely way I could get onto my Account was to go into an old Order Acknowledgement or Confirmation e-mail and click onto the 'Order History' link. It did not work every time, but I gained access to the website more often this way than by going the usual route (and being confronted by that infuriating 'Temporarily(????) Unavailable' message.

    HTH :)

I have placed 2 orders. I am not browsing any more so that it will make it easier for others to access the site.

  • Got onto the website for about 30 secs. Tried to add fitflops and now shut out again!!! Everytime I add to my basket I get shut out the site!

Went to the store at the Edinburgh Fort just before 9am. There were about 20 people there and when they opened the door the folk at the back just pushed people out way to get in!!!! There were folk taking everything off the shelves, blocking aisles with their baskets (and carseats) so people couldn't get along aisles! At one point they had to call security as an argument broke out!!!

There was a reasonable of stuff but toys very poor. There were mountains of Strictly, SATC and Fearne stuff. I got lots of stuff originally at £8/£10 so for £2 and £3. Delighted with my crackers for next year at £1.75!!! Having bought really expensive ones before but at the end of the day, a cracker is a cracker!!! Spent £42 in total and pleased with all I got.
