AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! despite giving up damn Mr Boots enticed me on here again!! ended up ringing boots.com and they've done my order over the phone albeit a fraction of what was on my list I'm grateful for anything!!

Website is hit and miss, but I have managed to log on and found everything was still in my basket from yesterday but half of it is no longer on Sale :mad:... now its not letting me look at the sale section online.... I wonder whether this is worth bothering about!!

I know its the same every year but I really do not know any website as bad as Boots as sale time, how come all the other companies cope?

Managed to get to Boots at Arndale, Manchester for ten past nine only to find it had opened at 8! According to SA it was absolute bedlam and there was even fights with people grabbing things and tussling over it! :eek:
Shelves were getting pretty empty, plenty of Hannah Montana, Royal Jelly and more of the old fashioned stuff, no S&G (but the SA didnt think they'd had any anyway!) Gok Wan, Sanctuary and only a few FC hat boxes left I doubt very much whether there will be much left by this evening especially as the toys were also 75% off.

And talk about being greedy! There was a group of people in a corner who had about 30 bags piled with stuff who kept going back at getting more, checking to see if the store was putting more stuff out! They had at least 10 vanity cases! I fully expect to see it all on a market stall next week!

I know I said that I wouldn't go today, but I went instore and spent over £80 and made a saving of £265.00. I am happy now!!! Good luck to all of you still looking for bargains - hope you find what you are looking for!!!

P.S. I only went to check my prescription with the pharmacist too!!!

Just back from the cheltenham high street branch, had loads of stock got everything i wanted apart from the gok set, had to stop in at the cheltenham retail park Boots for that (very little left there but they do have gok sets and loads of fearne hat boxes).
