Wow just spoke to a very lovely lady at Boots customer services and apparently their entire system is down - they can't check stock levels of stores or take any orders over the phone because they're having the exact same problems we are. Also their technical team has been treating it as a priority since 7am (should have started a bit earlier than that lol!!) so it should be running again today hopefully!! xx

I'm in the process of paying for my order (have been since about 7.15 grr) and it just occurred to me that I am paying with Paypal and getting order delivered to store. Will this be a problem as PP usually check address? The orders that were cancelled by Paypal back at 5 am ish were paid by PP. Could this be why??
