Just a hint for those doing this for first time... Last year my boots didn't put up any posters or even signs saying 75percent off. I had to ask if it was 75 off, and there was stuff still there for about a week and never got marked as 75 off, so it could just start at any time x

I think they maybe tidying up while they are changing all the prices due to the vat increase.
