give it until the site comes back up again and call customer services. This has happened to me before with the Soap and Glory hat box last year - the order didn't go through in the end which made me very angry indeed!

Did you make a note of your order number?

I have a paypal transaction ID so that seems that the transaction must have been completed, surely?

Basically, I was transfered from the paypal paying section to the page where the address bar was a 'www.boots.com....paymentsuccessful" kind of thing, then the hold screen came up. So to be on the safe side I did it again, and the same thing happened. Now I have 2 emails from paypal...:A

I am so confused right now- i'm just hoping that the email system has crashed as well or something....
  • I am going to make a cup of tea :)
SOOO want those Emma B recipe journals :( will be gutted if they've sold out by the time it goes live!
  • I have been up all night and haven't once been able to get onto the site and view my basket! I have to be up in 2 hours to get the kids ready for school and then have arranged to take my mum shopping (in boots obviously). Lets hope I have better luck there. Never managed to get anything online last year, after staying up all night, either!!!
