This is crap, can't get on at all. Why can't they sort it out. Can't believe i have stayed up most of the night for this. Last year i couldn't get anything as the stupid site kept on crashing on me and i couldn't get to a store. I can't get to a store this morning, was hoping to get online.Married 09/09/090

give it until the site comes back up again and call customer services. This has happened to me before with the Soap and Glory hat box last year - the order didn't go through in the end which made me very angry indeed!
