Baskets are normally emptied prior to the sale so store the items in your wish list and then add them if they go on sale.

Thought I read somewhere on another thread that they do clear your basket but someone said you can go to your boots account and add them as favourites?? can't find where i saw it though

Yes as I said above the baskets are emptied prior to the sale so put items in wish list or favourites and transfer when sale up and running.

I seem to remember reading something about baskets being emptied before the S&G OOTW went live, so I'm guessing they'll try the same online... IF it goes online this year!

I've just tried adding a few things to my basket, but Mr Boots replies with 'Unfortunately one or more of the items have been discontinued, so we are unable to process your request'! What? everything I'm trying to put in???

I've added everything that i'm looking at to my wish list, theres an option at the bottom of it to add everything to your basket. So hopefully log on before site crashes add it to basket and pay :T again before it crashes lol.
Just be careful though because once you add everything to your basket the wish list is cleared. Hope this helps
