Laptop Won't Start Help

Got a new laptop a month ago, this afternoon I took some pictures with my DSLR, couldn't find disk to install software on new laptop, so went to Sony site to install it from there.

Had a couple of problems installing software, but eventually it installed and asked me to restart laptop.

This is when the problem started.

It comes up with - Windows is loading files.

Then goes to - Startup Repair is checking your system fro problems.

The first time it did this, it said problems had been repaired and Laptop restarted.

However, it went through the whole process again.

Now it is saying - Windows can't repair this computer automatically.

In View Problem Details, it says:

I created a rescue disk, when I got the laptop, I have tried to put that in, but it is not recognising it and just going through the above routine.

Can anybody help or is it a send it back to Dell jobbie?

Laptop is Dell 15R series.

Thanks in advance.
