10 days so not too bad, then back for 4 days and away for about 14 more days but heading the other way so not good jet lag wise.

Kitchen/WM/DW all sorted. Governors meeting done. I have put the clean sheets on our bed yet so just getting the teasmaid stuff together, putting the cats to bed and off I go.

Seafarer's - steam cleaning doesn't seem up to much until you realise how things don't smell bad/murky anymore and you just have to use whatever scent you like and the whole place smells good. Wish I had a polti, but only had a cheapie little thing - it was great, even though I took the paint off the new cooker dials by getting little over enthusiastic - guess it would do the same for a front door if there had been a scratch which let the steam in.

Steam is great for windows and tiles - and the bits you wish you didn't have to do (back of loo, for example).

Had a fairly duff day (absence of cards/presents), but was perked up by bass lesson. Kinda makes the rest slightly more tolerable, I 'spose.

And had a good time on Monday playing at a club. Especially being bullwhatted by some guy about how long he's been playing, how he's nearly professional, blah, blah, blah, but as soon as they asked for a blues bassline, I had to show him how to play it. :cool:

Will be back there next Monday, I [STRIKE]think[/STRIKE] know.

PIGGERS/TOOTS/OH WONDERFUL MASTER:MISTRESS IN CHARGE!:j could you please pop my name back on the 'Lurkers' list? The thread has jumped of my 'threads I am following' List!
I am still 'lurking' and trying to fly as much as I can, but saying that I am not getting much done as I am in far to much pain. HOWEVER I have been printing off the 'LIST's' and Hubby has been following them as best as he can, which isn't great with him being a MAN but he tries bless him, and I love him to bits for it! Looking after myself, the kids and the house is not an easy job(as you all know!) as well as working full time...as well as being a man but he tries his best and I can't fault him for it. He is totally amazing...and he loves pigger's list's as(his words)

'They help keep me[him] focussed and tell me[him] what to do properly, without you[ME!!! Git!] nagging me' Charming...both sweet and sarcastic!

I intend to start flying again asap, even if its only for 10/15/20minutes at a time, then rest my legs, then start again, then nap & rest...then another few mins doing something, one thing, anything! on the List's!
I also intend to stop lurking and start posting again, I am terribly sorry that I have neglected you all, AND I would like to say a huge warm welcome to all the newcomers, and a MASSIVE HI!!!! to all my wonderful friendly flyers whom I have missed talking/typing to very much. I promise to stop lurking and stop by and say HI!, and I might even pop in every now and again and actually talk! Lord knows I need it, I am so bored sitting and 'resting' phft! Relaxing my backside...And I am totally fed up of playing Treasure Isle on facebook!!!!!

I love you all very muchly! and can't wait to actually start talking/typing to you all again, Oh! and start flying...that would be the main thing wouldn't it!?!?! Our house is a complete TIP because Jase is having to do all the tidying up...hahaha...and like I said, even if I only get to fly for very short periods of time, I intend to get this damn house back into some sort of order so that the kids can live in a house that isn't a total s**t hole. I am almost certain that I can do this...even if it takes me 10 years of 10minute flying!

Declutter and vacuum floors
Strip wash and replace bedding.. Vacuum and turn mattresses is not beeen done in a while!
Half an hour of you time.. no star if you don't do it!

Wash duvets/curtains etc if not been done for a while
Sort through a box of toys.. find 5 that are no longer required and rehome (sshhh, do this quietly!)
Photograph as much as possible to ebay on the next free listing day.. if you don't ebay BINBAG DANCE!
Level Three
Sort through ALL the childrens undies.. whose pants are dead? Whose vests are now crop tops?
Sort through all the games and make them nice and neat (or disappear)

Feel even more like death today. The bed arrived yesterday and is wonderful to sleep on but has a little greasemark on so something else to have to chase and nag about - grr!

My list is still huge and 'DH' has moved all the old bed bits to the front room so not sure how much I will be able to get done in there today - double grr!

Defluff behind the radiators.. and wipe the fronts so they look nice

Morning flyers. Seems i decluttered OH false tooth when i blitzed the bedroom yesterday :rotfl:So have so far emptied bin bag full of yesterdays bedroom clutter searching for it was just about to empty vac bag when i thought to check in junk jewel box, found it:j.have now put it in an old glasses case and will tell him to put it there instead of leaving it on chest of drawers. Going to strip beds in DS2 DD3 bedroom before DD3 goes to school then weather permitting going to do a thorough clean of chicken run.:eek: Need to also concrete between cracks in flags so i can just rake and sweep run out. Flags were hopscotch assortment of anything i could find at the time so will need a lot of cement lol. Pick kids up at 12 for dental appointment then will declutter them back to school, they won't be pleased they were hoping for afternoon off:D
